Composite Thermaclad

Composite Thermaclad© is an insulation system designed to meet the requirements of the wine industry utilising the high insulation value of P.U. foam and the durability of high gloss corrosion resistant fibre reinforced plastics (composites). The system also has many other applications for hot or cold use tanks.

Thermal Properties

R=1.84 deg Cm2/W or

K=0.023 W/m deg C

Insulation is 40mm P.U. foam (equivalent to 65mm of polystyrene foam). Thermal properties can be altered to suit the specific application.
